SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit equivalent to 50% of the rental amount will be required upon arrival.
WIFI: The farmhouse is equipped with fiber optics.
PARKING: 4 private spaces + public parking 1km away.
What are the cancellation conditions for the customer?
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the arrival date is 20 days or more away.
From the 7th day prior to arrival, no refunds or modifications will be possible from that date.
Conditions of use of the premises
You cannot exceed the maximum capacity of 12 people during your stay, except in exceptional circumstances after request and agreement from the owner.
You are in a residential area; it is important to respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors, both day and night. Please reduce noise in the garden or by the pool after 10:00 PM.
How are shared spaces organized?
The communal living spaces are designed to ensure comfort and conviviality for all.
The outdoor areas have several tables for your meals or moments of relaxation, and each room has a dedicated shelf in the refrigerator.
Is the farmhouse completely independent?
The farmhouse is attached to our main residence, but the two houses are completely independent, each with its own private spaces and access.
Is bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, all our rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels upon your arrival. You can travel light: we take care of your comfort with complete amenities in every room.
What type of coffee machine is available?
We provide you with a Delonghi bean-to-cup coffee machine. It is always filled upon your arrival.
For stays of one week or for the rental of the entire farmhouse, we leave it to you to provide additional coffee if needed.
Is the pool private, heated, and secure?
Yes, the swimming pool is entirely private for guests of the farmhouse. It is not heated and remains open from April to the end of September, weather permitting. It is secured with a gate that makes the pool inaccessible to small children and is also equipped with a cover.
